    Ingredients:
    • 250g butter (soft)
    • ½ cup icing sugar
    • ⅓ cup corn flour
    • 2 cups flour
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 1 tbsp milk

    Method

    Cream butter & icing sugar until fluffy.
    Add vanilla & milk, mix well.
    Sift in flour + corn flour, fold into a soft dough.
    Bake at 180°C for 12–15 mins till light golden.
