Rustic Peanut Butter Fudge: Sweet, Soft, and Irresistibly Crumbly
🥜 Peanut Butter Fudge
(Soft. Crumbly. Made with 3 ingredients and no perfection.)
This isn’t glossy, factory fudge. It’s homemade, slightly cracked on top, and melts in your mouth. All it takes is peanut butter, a sweet base, and a little time — no candy thermometer, no stress, and no rules.
⸻
📝 Ingredients (makes 16 rustic squares):
• 1 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
• ½ cup unsalted butter
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• Optional: pinch of salt or splash of vanilla extract
⸻
🔥 Instructions:
1. Melt & mix:
In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter and peanut butter together until smooth.
2. Add sugar:
Remove from heat and stir in powdered sugar until thick and no streaks remain. Add salt or vanilla if desired.
3. Pour & set:
Spread into a parchment-lined loaf pan. No need to smooth the top — leave it natural. Chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours.
4. Slice imperfectly:
Cut into uneven chunks. Let some crumble. That’s the charm.
