📝 Ingredients (serves 2–3):
• 2 chicken breasts
• Salt & pepper
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp butter

For the glaze:
• 2 tbsp honey
• Juice of 1 lime
• Zest of ½ lime
• 1 tsp chili flakes (or fresh minced chili)
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• Optional: a splash of soy sauce for depth



🔥 Instructions:
1. Sear the chicken:
Cut chicken into uneven slices or chunks. Season with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden on both sides and cooked through. Add butter near the end to baste and deepen the flavor.
2. Make the glaze:
In a small pan, combine honey, lime juice, zest, garlic, and chili flakes. Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes until thick and sticky.
3. Glaze & finish:
