Ingredients:
๐Ÿงˆ 1/4 Cup Ghee
๐ŸŒถ๏ธ 1 Green Chilli
๐Ÿ— 500g Chicken
๐Ÿง‚ 1/2 tbsp Salt
๐Ÿง„ 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
๐Ÿ— 1/2 tsp Chicken Powder (optional)
๐Ÿ… 3 Tomatoes
๐Ÿฅฃ 1/2 Cup Whisked Curd
โšซ 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
๐ŸŒฟ 1 tsp Cumin Powder
๐ŸŒฟ 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
๐ŸŒถ๏ธ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿซš Chilli, Coriander and Julienned Ginger for Garnish

Method:

1. Heat ghee in a karahi. ๐Ÿฅ˜

2. Fry a chilli and remove it. ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ

3. Add chicken and mix well. ๐Ÿ—

4. Add salt, garlic paste and chicken powder. Mix well. Cook for 5 mins on high flame. ๐Ÿ”ฅ

5. Add tomatoes. Cover and cook till tomatoes are soft. ๐Ÿ…

6. Add whisked curd. Cook till oil separates. ๐Ÿฅฃ

7. Add black pepper powder, cumin powder and coriander powder. Mix well. ๐ŸŒฟ

8. Add fried chilli, chopped coriander and julienned ginger. Cover and cook for 2 mins. ๐Ÿซš

9. Enjoy with roti, paratha or naan! ๐Ÿซ“
