Bismillah.
1. In a bowl add 2 cup flour, 1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 and 1/2 tsp orange food coloring , 1/4 cup yoghurt and 3 Tblspn oil.
2. Add in 1 and 1/4 cup water to mixture not all at once, little little at a time to achieve a thick lava like consistency.
3. Fry in a pan of oil , not a pot ( it wont come out right in a pot ). And achieve Jalebi shape with a jalebi marker and if you do not have 1 use a squeeze ketchup bottle!
4. Fry jalebi on medium heat and flip over until crispy.
5. Prepare syrup by boiling 3 cup sugar and 1 and 1/4 cup water. Once sugar dissolves add in 1 tsp lemon juice and 1/4 tsp elachi powder and continue cooking until syrup is not too thick.
6. Once jalebi is fried crispy, dip into warm syrup for 30 seconds and ENJOY 😍Flop-Proof Jalebi 😋
