Crispy, spicy, and full of flavor β a restaurant-style starter!
Ingredients (for 500g chicken)
Boneless chicken β 500g, cut into cubes π
Egg β 1 π₯
Cornflour β 3 tbsp π½
All-purpose flour (maida) β 2 tbsp π₯
Ginger-garlic paste β 1 tbsp π§
Soy sauce β 2 tbsp π₯’
Red chili sauce β 1 tbsp πΆοΈ
Green chili sauce β 1 tbsp
Vinegar β 1 tsp πΆ
Pepper powder β 1/2 tsp
Salt β to taste π§
Oil β for frying π’οΈ
For tossing:
Garlic β 1 tbsp, chopped π§
Ginger β 1 tsp, chopped
Green chilies β 2-3, slit πΆοΈ
Onion β 1 medium, diced π§
Capsicum β 1, diced π«
Spring onion greens β for garnish πΏ
Soy sauce β 1 tbsp
Red chili sauce β 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup β 1 tbsp π

Instructions
1. Marinate the chicken
Mix chicken with egg, cornflour, maida, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, pepper, and salt. Rest for 30 mins. π
2. Deep fry the marinated chicken till golden and crispy. Set aside. ππ₯
3. In a wok, heat 2 tbsp oil. SautΓ© garlic, ginger, green chilies till fragrant. π§πΆοΈ
4. Add onions and capsicum. Stir-fry on high for 2 mins. π«
5. Add soy sauce, chili sauce, ketchup, and vinegar. Mix well. π

6. Toss in the fried chicken and coat everything evenly. Stir-fry on high for 2β3 mins. π₯
7. Garnish with spring onion greens. Serve hot as a starter! πΏ
