Braise chopped onion in butter
Add chopped spinach 1 bunch
Salt , black pepper , garlic , green chilli , handful frozen corn . Cook till water burns out .
Add white sauce : butter , flour , salt , pepper , rough red chili , fresh cream boil till thickens. Mix
Once spinach cools add crumbled feta .
Add salt after as feta is quiet salty .
Round cut pie dough . Small foil cups
