Chicken and Mushroom Pies

1 kg chicken fillets washed (6 pieces), cubed and strained
1 large onion chopped fine
4 Tbl oil/ghee
1Tbl green chilli garlic paste (reduce if preferred)
Salt to taste (omit if using seasoning below..)
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
Crackle of black pepper
1/2 tsp aromat or seasonin
1/2 tsp ground jeeru (cumin)
Chopped coriander
2 Tbl lemon juice
splash of cream
1 packet @knorrflavour

Mushroom sauce (optional) OR 2 tsp flour and 1 cup cream
2 punnets mushrooms...rinse strained cook with salt and pepper and little butter

Method:

Saute onion with oil or ghee till light and golden.
Add the cubed chicken along with all the above spices Allow to cook .. once almost cooked add the mushrooms and leave to cook till done.

Lastly add in 1 pack of knorr Mushroom sauce (dilute as per instructions) and add cream simmer slightly.. once thickened allow to cool.. Garnish with coriander...
