Chocolate Chip Cookies

In bowl mix together 3level cups plain flour, 1tsp bicarbonate soda, 1tsp sea salt, 1/2tsp baking powder, set aside

Cream together 1cup soft butter with 1cup granulated sugar, 1 cup Soft brown sugar then beat in 2 large eggs with 1tsp vanilla essence till light & fluffy

Mix in dry ingredients till well combined, now mix in 2cups chocolate chips or like I did 2 cups dairy milk plain chocolate chopped into chunks

Roll 1Tbs of dough or more if you prefer bigger cookies, place them evenly spaced on lined baking tray, bake in preheated oven at 180° for 8 - 10min

Take them out when they barely just started to turn brown, leave on tray for 2min before removing them to cooling rack

Honestly the best cookies I have tried by far I promise they won’t last in your tin! 😋
