Ingredients:
½ liter of natural yogurt
283 milliliters of condensed milk
Candy:
1 cup of sugar
¼ cup of water
Indications:
1. Heat the water and sugar in a pan over low heat until they form a caramel, pour over the flan mold.
2. Mix the yogurt with the condensed milk.
3. Pour the mixture of two ingredients over the caramel flan mold.
4. Bake the flan in a bain-marie for an hour or until firm.
5. Refrigerate the flan and enjoy, it is very easy to prepare and it is delicious!
