2cups sugar
1tbs vanilla essence
1 & 3/4 flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
2tsp baking soda
1tsp baking powder
1tsp salt
2eggs
1/2cup oil
1cup butter milk
( 2Tbsp vinegar in a cup then add milk to fill the cup)
2 cups hot boiling coffee
Method
Preheat the oven
Combine all dry ingredients together and then add in eggs then the remaining liquid ingredients.
Pull in a baking pan I use 8nch bake at 180° for 30min
For sauce melt 80g chocolate with 100g heavy cream
