Recipe:-
250g butter
1 cup sugar
¼ cup oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup corn flour
2 cups desiccated coconut
Flour to make a dough

Method:-
1. Cream butter and sugar well.
2. Add oil ,vanilla and corn flour and beat.
3. Mix in coconut.
4. Lastly add sifted flour and baking powder ( add more flour if needed to make firm dough )
5. Shape and form biscuits
6. Bake at 140 deg for about 15min until lightly brown.
PS these biscuits brown very quickly so I bake on a very low temp
