Ingredients
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup yoghurt
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbls melted butter
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder

Method
1. Beat eggs on high speed.
2. Slowly add one ingredient at a time.
3. Beat till well blended.
4. Drop spoonful of batter into deep medium hot oil.
5. Roll hot in cinnamon sugar... or in syrup and coconut.

Cinnamon sugar
1cup castor sugar ..1tsp cinnamon
