*Meat Filling:*

- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 ½ teaspoons ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon green chilies
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Marinate meat with above ingredients for at least 30 minutes.
2. Cook in a pressure cooker for 1 hour on low heat without adding water.
*Dough:*
Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon oil
Instructions:
1. Mix ingredients and add warm water as needed to form a soft dough.
2. Rest dough for 1 hour.
*Vegetable Mixture:*
Ingredients:
- Onion
- Carrot
- Garlic
- Potato
- Green chillies
Instructions:
1. Boil vegetables for 5 minutes.
2. Add salt, pepper, ½ teaspoon ground cumin, and squeeze half a lemon or add 1 teaspoon vinegar. Mix well.
*Assembly and Baking:*
1. Mix cooked meat and vegetable mixture.
2. Place a piece of burning coal in the pot for a smoky taste.
3. Add a little olive oil and close the lid for 5 minutes.
4. Prepare a big roti from the dough.
5. Remove coal and place roti on the pot, sticking it properly.
6. Apply yogurt and kalonji on top.
7. Bake in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
8. Cut open the roti lid and enjoy!
Note: This recipe seems to be a variation of the traditional Turkish dish, "dam pukht"
