FLUFFY DONUT RECIPE
High protein flour 250 gr
Sugar 35 gr
Milk 15 gr
Yeast 4 gr
Bread improver 1 gr
1 medium egg
Ice cold water 90-95 ml
Salt 2 gr
Margarine / butter 30 gr
Mix all the dough and knead until smooth
Divide each 30 gr rounding
Resting 15 minutes then degassing and mold size 6 cm can be 7 cm if you want wider results
Proofing for 1 hour or until fluffy.
Fry at a temperature of 160 c with lots of oil.
Fry until cooked on both sides
Remove and drain.
Topping I use glaze,
Cream cheese for spreading cheese.
