Salad will never be the same once this guy shows up! Your plate becomes a playful little zombie faceâcomplete with spiral âbrains,â tomato âeyes,â and veggie âteeth.â Itâs creepy, colorful, and so much fun to make that even the pickiest eaters will take a bite. Ingredients (makes 2 servings):
⢠2 cups spiralized green squash
⢠4 grape tomatoes
⢠1 yellow squash, diced
⢠1 cup butternut squash, diced
⢠1 cup peppers and onions, julienned
Instructions:
1. Arrange the spiralized green squash on a plate as the zombieâs brains.
2. Place two grape tomatoes for eyes.
3. Use julienned peppers as lips or eyebrowsâget creative!
