Mix the ingredients for the sauce together and pour over the tofu
Simmer for a few minutes until reduced and sticky
Serve the tofu on a bed of steamed rice, pour over the thickened sauce and add some broccoli, stir fried with sesame oil and a sprinkling of black and white sesame seeds
