Method: 1. Mix all filling ingredients and set aside to marinate. 2. Spoon a small amount into the centre of each wrapper. Wet edges, fold and seal. 3. Steam or boil dumplings for 6–7 mins until cooked through. 4. For chilli oil, heat oil until shimmering, pour over chilli flakes, then stir in soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and garlic. 5. Drizzle over hot dumplings and garnish with microgreens or spring onions.
