Prawn chaat 1kg prawns cleaned and washed marinate in 2 tsp garlic 1 tsp salt 1 tsp lemon pepper 2 tsp chillie powder half tsp huldi 1 tsp crushed red chillies 1tsp red chilie paste lemon juice 3 tab mayo saute 2 onions in ghee nd oil with jeera whole green and red chillies til soft add 2 tsp garlic 1 tsp red chillie paste 1 tsp green masala 4 tomatoes 2 tab tomatoe puree 1 tsp salt half tsp hyder 3/4 tsp dhana jeera 3 tsp chillie powder 1 tsp crushed red chillies 2 tab lemon juice braise well till it sticks to pot den add 1 sml tin coconut cream and 250 ml woolies long life cream bring to boil set aside fry prawns sep in ghee and olive oil and add to pot cook for 5 mins on high switch of heat and add chopped dhania serve with baturas 🍤🍤🍤 Yasmin T

2 measuring cups flour
1 tab taystee wheat
2 tab yoghurt
2 tab ghee
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Room temperature Milk to make dough knead well leave to rest for 1/2 hour covered in plastic and roll sideplate size puris fry in hot oil
