📋 Ingredients:

🍗 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
🧀 8 oz cream cheese, softened
🌶️ 1/3 cup green salsa
🧄 1 tsp garlic powder
🧂 1 tsp ground cumin
🌿 1 tsp chili powder
🧀 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
🌮 12 small flour tortillas
🧈 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil

📝 Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, green salsa, garlic powder, ground cumin, chili powder, and shredded Mexican blend cheese. Mix until well combined. 🍗🧀
2️⃣ Assemble the Taquitos:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. 🌡️
Place about 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the lower third of each tortilla and roll it up tightly. 🌮
3️⃣ Prepare for Baking:
Place the rolled taquitos seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush or spray the tops lightly with vegetable oil. 🧈
4️⃣ Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the taquitos are golden brown and crispy. 🌮
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces such as sour cream, guacamole, or salsa. 🍽️

📌 Notes:

✔️ For extra crispy taquitos, you can brush them with more vegetable oil before baking.
✔️ These taquitos can be frozen before baking. Just place them in a single layer on a baking sheet, freeze until solid, then transfer to a freezer bag. Bake from frozen, adding a few extra minutes to the baking time.
