Omelet is an ideal Keto meal!๐ŸŒฎ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘Œ

Recipe:
*2 eggs (whites and yolks separated)
*2 tablespoons of milk
*1 flat tablespoon of flour
*3 slices of ham/ or /and beef
*1 tablespoon of grated Grana Padano cheese
*Salt, pepper
*1 tablespoon of olive oil
*Some butter for frying
*1 tablespoon of green onions or chives
*A few cherry tomatoes (optional)

Method:
Slice the ham/beef as desired. Fry in olive oil. Mix egg yolks, milk and flour thoroughly. Beat the whites with salt. Add egg yolks mixed with milk and flour. Mix gently. Immediately after preparation, pour the egg mixture into a heated pan with melted butter. Add the prepared ham, sprinkle with cheese. Roast until golden on both sides. Serve with tomatoes and green onions.
