NUTELLA PROTEIN BALLS 🍫🌰

Recipe:

Ingredients:

◻️ 1 cup hazelnuts 🌰
◻️ 6 medjool dates, pits removed
◻️ ½ cup cocoa powder 🍫
◻️ 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted 🥥�
◻️ 1 tablespoon maple syrup �
◻️ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract�
◻️ 1 scoop protein powder

Instructiosn:

1. Add the hazelnuts to a food processor and blitz until finely chopped, pour into a bowl, and set aside.

2. Add the medjool dates, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and protein powder and process until completely smooth. Add the blitzed hazelnuts and cocoa and pulse until combined into a crumbly dough.

3. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then scoop a spoonful of dough into the palm of your hand, and use your hand to roll the dough into a round sphere.

4. Roll in any toppings you desire (such as cocoa powder, chopped nuts, or sprinkles) and store in the fridge for one week or in the freezer for 3 months.
