Ingredients 👇🏼
2 slices of bread, toasted
1/2 large avocado, mashed
1/3 cup chickpeas substitute with white beans
1/8 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp olive oil
Pinch of salt & pepper
Directions
Heat a pan on medium heat. Add oil, beans, cumin powder, chili powder, garlic powder and mix. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Cook longer for crispy beans. Toast your bread and mash your avocado. Top your toasts with avocado, beans, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Eat and enjoy!
