Saute a red onion with oil and spices, adding tomato purée and soy sauce for a punch of flavor.
Crumble tofu and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
PLATING THE MASTERPIECE:
🥔 Arrange the potato slices and coat with garlic powder, salt, and oil. Bake at 220°C for 20 minutes.
🌶️ Begin with the potato base, top it off with the spiced tofu, kidney beans, salsa, guacamole, red and green onion, and a drizzle of sriracha.
