TOFU STIR FRY 👌💯😍
I’ve been having stir frys quite a lot at the moment as they’re so quick and easy to make at the last minute. Virtually always adding tofu for some great gains and lots of veg because I need it!
Deets - serves 3
1 x 450g block firm tofu
1 -2 red onions, sliced
1-2 peppers , diced
1 large courgette, sliced/chopped
For the stir fry sauce
75ml light soy sauce
1 tspn sesame oil water
1 tbspn @myvegan sugar free maple syrup
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Small piece of ginger, grated
Method
1. Cut the tofu into cubes and stir fry in a large frying pan with a little oil or spray oil until a little coloured and crispy on all sides
2. Add the vegetables and continue to fry for another 5 minutes
3. Add all of the stir fry sauce ingredients to a jug or bowl and whisk until smooth
4. Add the stir fry sauce to the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes
5. Serve with steamed basmati rice, spring onions, black and white sesame seeds
6. Enjoy 😊
