chocolate protein oats:
1/2 cup oats @bobsredmill
1/2 cup almond milk @malkorganics
1/2 cup water
1 spoonful cocoa powder @hersheys
1 scoop chocolate protein powder @nuzest (code CARLYSEATS)
instructions:
add the oats, oat milk, and water to pot on medium-high heat. stir and once it comes to a boil reduce the heat. add in the cocoa powder and protein powder and stir until desired consistency. topped with caramelized bananas, @driscollsberry blueberries, and peanut butter
caramelized bananas:
coconut oil
banana
cinnamon
instructions:
heat up the coconut oil on a pan on medium high heat. slice the banana into coins. then sprinkle cinnamon on both sides of the banana coins. add to the pan and cook each side for about 5 minutes or until caramelized
