📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat the oil: Heat oil to 375°F in a deep-fat fryer or large heavy-bottomed skillet. 🛢️
2️⃣ Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add milk, water, and vanilla extract, and mix until well blended. 🥄
3️⃣ Add dry ingredients: Add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt to the wet mixture and whisk until smooth. 🌾
4️⃣ Prepare batter in funnel: Cover the bottom of a funnel spout with your finger and carefully ladle ½-cup batter into the funnel. 🍴
