For the Crust:

🧂 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
For the Topping:
🥛 1 cup cold heavy cream
🍬 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ Prep Oven and Pan: Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly coat an 8x8-inch baking pan with cooking spray, lining with parchment paper. 🔥
2️⃣ Make Crust: Process graham crackers with sugar and salt. Add melted butter and pulse to combine. Press into the pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes. 🍪🧈
3️⃣ Prepare Filling: Whisk lime zest, key lime juice, condensed milk, egg yolks, and salt until smooth. Pour over the crust. 🍋
4️⃣ Bake Filling: Bake for about 15 minutes until set but jiggly. Cool completely, then chill for at least 4 hours. ❄️
5️⃣ Make Topping: Whip cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread over chilled bars and garnish with lime zest. 🥛🍬
