Cheesy Garlic Bubble Bread Pull-Apart Credits unknown sharing from my WhatsApp group @homemade_addict2 Ingredients: 2 cups self-raising flour 1 cup Greek-style yogurt 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 2 tbsp melted butter 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional) Pinch of salt Instructions: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a round cake tin or ovenproof skillet. In a large bowl, mix self-raising flour and yogurt until a dough forms. Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead lightly until smooth. Divide into small balls (about the size of a golf ball). Mix melted butter with minced garlic and a pinch of salt. Brush some of the garlic butter into the prepared tin. Arrange dough balls in the tin. Brush with more garlic butter and sprinkle with half the mozzarella. Repeat layers if needed. Finish with remaining cheese and any leftover garlic butter. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if using.
