CHEESE BOMBS!
I have made this several times already and each time it just turns out even better! Imagine homemade garlic bread but stuffed with cheese! Doesn’t that sound amazing? You can also reheat them by putting them back in the oven or the air fryer. This has probably been one of my most favorite recipes I have ever made so please try these out, they definitely do not disappoint!
Ingredients:
⁃2 tbsp yeast
⁃4 tbsp sugar
⁃1 tbsp milk
⁃2 cups flour + 3 cups flour
⁃2 cups warm water
-1/3 cup olive oil
-1 tsp salt
-1 egg for egg wash to brush before baking
-shredded mozzarella cheese

Garlic Butter Ingredients:
⁃8 tbsp melted butter
-1.5 tbsp garlic powder
-1 tbsp dried parsley
⁃2 tsp salt

1.Whisk yeast, sugar, 2 cups flour, and warm water until well incorporated. Cover with a clean damp towel and let rest for 10 min
2.Add in 3 more cups of flour, olive oil, and 1 tsp salt. Knead for 10 min and then turn out onto a floured surface
3.Make balls out of the dough (usually around 30). Pinch center and stuff with mozzarella cheese
4.Place balls on baking sheet and brush with egg wash
5.Bake @400 for 20 min
6.Combine garlic butter ingredients and brush garlic butter on balls once they are golden brown!
