❤️ BBQ Tofu Cauli Lettuce Wraps

​RUB:
​1/2-1 head Cauliflower broken into florets
1 block tofu, pressed and patted dry, cut into cubes
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Ground pepper
​SAUCE
4 Tbsp tamari
3 Tbsp maple syrup
3 Tbsp sriracha or favourite hot sauce
3-4 Tbsp Olive oil
2 Tbsp tomato paste

​1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
2. Place tofu and cauliflower in a large bowl.
3. Mix the rub ingredients together. Sprinkle rub evenly over tofu and cauliflower.
4. Place parchment on cookie sheet and transfer tofu and cauliflower to sheet.
5. Roast 15 minutes, flip and roast again for 10 more. Coat with BBQ sauce and place back in oven for 5-10 minutes until caramelized.
