𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
- 17 oz of gnocchi
- 2 tbs of olive oil
- Salt/pepper to taste
𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
1. In a medium-sized pan, add gnocchi and olive oil. Cook on medium-low for about 10 minutes.
2. Remove gnocchi from the pan.
3. Mix in your Homemade Basil Pesto in with your gnocchi
4. Enjoy :)
𝘏𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘉𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘭 𝘗𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘰
- 1 handful of fresh basil
- 1 handful of spinach
- 2 small garlic cloves
- 2 tbs of nutritional yeast
- 1/3 cup of walnuts
- 2 tbs of olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbs of water
- Salt/pepper to taste
1. Add all ingredients to the food processor. Process until smooth & creamy.
2. Enjoy :)
