Tropical Coconut-Crusted Sea Bass with Mango Pico de Gallo

BFAST:
- chocolate “no bake cookie” oats bowl - choc overnight oats, choc protein, peanut butter, yogurt, banana, bluebs, & seeds
- stovetop protein berries & coconut cream oats w coconut latte (1/2 c coconut water, 1/2 c almond milk, double espresso, maple syrup)
- green glow smoothie
LUNCH:
- Df lemon kale chicken Caesar salad- used rotisserie own for a quick option!
- Turkey veg wrap- almond flour wrap, avocado, hummus, cucumber, tomato, scrambled egg, turkey slices, & spinach)
- corn & chicken chop salad- chicken, corn, artichoke, cucumber, avocado, feta, cilantro, arugula, & lime chips
DINN:
- coconut crusted sea bass- combine 1/4 c almond flour, 1/4 c gf flour, 1/4 c shredded coconut, seasonings of choice- Rinse/ dip fish in egg wash & coat in mixture. Spray w oil & air fry or bake until golden brown & crispy. Pair with jasmine rice, mango pico de gallo, sautéed vegetables, avocado, & cilantro!
- Steak fajitas- sautéed bell peppers & onion, homemade guac, filet strips, almond tortillas, & salsa
- Sun dried tomato & feta turkey burger w so fries
SNACK
- choc pb crunch bites
- Protein banana cookies (1 banana, 1/2 c almond butter, 1/2 c choc protein, cc, & sea salt)
- Dubai chocolate ninja creami
