Salt - 1 Tsp
Sugar - 1 Tbsp
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Water - 300ml Approximately (As needed to make a soft dough)

Curry Leaves - 1 Spring Chopped
Onion - 1 Large
Chillies - 3 Sliced
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Chilli Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Chilli Flakes - 1/2 Tbsp
Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Potatoes - 4 Large (Boiled with salt and turmeric)
Leeks - 1
