Fluffy Blender Cake

Ingredients:
- 4 small eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 150g heavy cream
- 350g white sugar
- 200ml room temperature milk
- 1.5 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 500g all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder

Directions:
1. Start by adding the eggs to the blender, followed by cinnamon powder and a pinch of salt.
2. Add heavy cream, white sugar, milk, butter, and vanilla extract to the blender. Mix well for 3 minutes.
3. Slowly add the flour and baking powder to the mixture, blending until smooth.
4. Grease a cake pan with butter and flour, then pour in the cake batter.
5. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the cake for 45 minutes.
6. Once baked, let the cake cool before serving.

Tips:
- Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature for the best results.
- You can add nuts or chocolate chips to the batter for extra flavor.
- Serve the cake with a dusting of powdered sugar or a dollop of whipped cream.
