No-Bake Oreo Dream Cheesecake Delight
🍪 No-Bake Oreo Dream Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
26 Oreo cookies (crushed into crumbs)
1/4 cup (60g) melted unsalted butter
For the Cheesecake Filling:
2 cups (500g) cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups (480ml) heavy whipping cream (cold)
12 Oreo cookies (crushed or roughly chopped)
For the Topping:
Whipped cream (for piping)
Whole Oreo cookies (for decoration)
Optional: extra crushed Oreos for sprinkling
Instructions:
Make the Crust:
Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
Mix crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
Prepare the Filling:
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Fold in the crushed/chopped Oreos.
Assemble the Cake:
Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
Chill for at least 6 hours or overnight until fully set.
Decorate:
Pipe whipped cream around the edges.
Add whole Oreos upright in the whipped cream as shown in the image.
Sprinkle extra Oreo crumbs on top if desired.
Serve:
Slice and enjoy your creamy, crunchy Oreo heaven!
