All-Purpose Cake Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs (halal)
1 tsp halal vanilla (alcohol-free)
½ cup vegetable oil
1 cup cow milk or water (both halal)
A pinch of salt

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and vanilla until the mixture becomes creamy.
3. Add the oil and mix well.
4. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt gradually, alternating with the milk.
5. Mix until the batter is smooth with no lumps.
6. For tall, fluffy mini cakes:
Fill cupcake liners ¾ full.
7. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden and fully risen.

Result
Soft, fluffy, high-rise cake.
