Choco-Dipped Coffee Pecan Delight Cookies

250g butter
1 cup icing sugar
Half cup oil
1 cup maizena
6 level tbl strong coffee
Half cup finely chopped pecans if for nozzle ( replace with almonds )
Abt 2 - 3 çups flour
Cream butter and sugar
Add oil and maizena
Beat well again
Add rest of ingredients to make dough that u can nozzle to ur choice or make logs and slice.
*For the star look alike biscuits- roll dough, cut into shapes using cutter, place an almond in biscuit before baking.
*Once baked roll in Castor sugar
*Dip one side in chocolate
I test tried this lovely coffee cookies................i used this ingredients..........
250 g Stork Bake
1 cup icing sugar
125 ml oil
250 ml Maizena
10 teaspoons Nescafè coffee
125 ml cashews nut pieces
less then 3 cups cake flour
Cream icing sugar and butter. Add coffee granules ,oil & maizena.Beat well and add flour. Roll out with plastic sheet over dough n cut with cookie cutter of ur choice. Grease baking tray with Cook and Spray and bake on 180° C for exactly 12 minutes in assisted thermofan oven. Dip in castor sugar and dip one side in melted choc and sprinkle cashew nuts pieces on it...Prepared by Feriel Sonday
