Easy and yummy Coffee choc cake
This is the my secret coffee cake best for 🍵 time☆even just plan its yummy

1 ½ cup flour
4 eggs
1cup sugar
3 tsp baking powder
½ cup cocoa powder
3tblsp coffee
½cup melted butter
1tbsp vanilla essence
½ cup milk (warm)
¼ cup hot water
2 tbsp oil
For ganache
150g cream
80g chocolate
Method
In a seperate bowl mixing (boiling water, coffee and cocoa)leave aside

Beat sugar and eggs for 2 minutes,now don't use the mixer
Now just use spatula
add in the liquid ingredients then add in flour lastly add baking powder.
Bake at 180°
Oven should be preheated
