2 cups shredded chicken ⅓ cup mayonnaise ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese 1 celery stalk, diced ¼ cup red bell pepper, diced ¼ cup sliced pepperoncini, chopped ¼ cup red onion, finely diced 1 garlic clove, minced 1 Tbsp lemon juice 2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper . 1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Taste & adjust the salt & pepper, if needed. 2. Serve with pita chips or use as a filling for sandwiches.
