3 parts
2 cups raw kale (chopped in pieces)
1 handful parsley
1 avocado
1/3 cup toasted pine nuts
Juice 1 lemon
3 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
Salt & pepper
7 to 10 tbsp water to thin

More Kale
Zucchini
Green peas
Toasted pine nuts
Pesto
Method
π± Toast the pine nuts in a pan for a few minutes until golden brown. Add the pesto ingredients in a food processor, blend, add water as you go to reach your desired consistency.
Cook some extra kale and the zucchini in a pan with a splash of water / oil until tender. Cook the peas and the pasta. Assemble your bowl, top with more pine nuts, salt & pepper. Yum π₯ !
