These chicken wraps definitely brought the flavour with the chipotle and lime. Not only do they bring the flavour but it is a super easy meal to make & its high protein whilst being minimal effort on the cooking front. HIT save for next time you want a simple and easy meal to make.

Ingredients:
3 Mini Wraps
130g Chicken Breast Shredded
30g Mozzarella
20g Red Onion
40g Sweet Gem Lettuce
7 Cherry Tomatoes
50g Cucumber
10g Chipotle & Lime Aioli

Method
1. Pop your chicken breast into the air fryer for 10-12 minutes at 200c. Once cooked use two forks to shred the chicken.
2. Whilst the chicken is cooking dice up all your veggies into small chunks
3. Add all ingredients (minus the wraps) to a bowl and combine.
4. Add the bowl ingredients to the middle of each taco and then wrap into a burrito
5. Pop on the grill to toast your wraps and then enjoy! x
