Get ready to put this on top of your nourish bowls and noodle bowls! ๐Ÿœ

โœจ โ€‹๐’”๐’‚๐’—๐’† ๐’‚๐’๐’… ๐’•๐’“๐’š โœจ

200 g firm tofu
2 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
+ salt & pepper
1-2 dl oatmilk
1-2 dl panko breadcrumbs

Chop tofu into cubes.

In a bowl, add corn starch, nutritional yeast, salt and pepper. In another bowl, add oat milk. In the third, add panko breadcrumbs. Start with your 3-step method. Dip each tofu cube first in the corn starch, then in the oat milk and last in the panko. Fry off on high heat in a pan, with a good amount of rapeseed oil.

Tip: use a small frying pan so you donโ€™t have to use too much oil.

Siracha mayo:
4 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
1 tsp siracha
Juice from 1/2 lime

Mix everything together in a bowl. Serve with your tofu and enjoy!
