For the Tacos:

🌮 1 packet taco seasoning

🥗 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
🌮 12 small corn tortillas
For the Puffy Tortillas:
🌽 1 cup masa harina
🧂 1/2 tsp salt
🥤 3/4 cup water
🧈 Vegetable oil for frying
📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and crumbled. 🌽🍳
2️⃣ Drain any excess grease, then add the taco seasoning and 1/2 cup of water. 🌮🧂
3️⃣ Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens. 🍲🔥
4️⃣ While the beef is cooking, prepare the puffy tortillas. 🌽
5️⃣ In a medium bowl, combine masa harina, salt, and 3/4 cup water. 🌽🧂
6️⃣ Mix until a dough forms, then divide the dough into 12 equal balls. 🍲
7️⃣ Flatten each ball into a thin tortilla using a tortilla press or rolling pin. 🌮🍴
8️⃣ Heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 🧈🔥
9️⃣ Fry each tortilla for about 1 minute on each side, or until puffy and golden. 🌮🔥
