Chicken Bhuna Serves 4
4 chicken breasts cut into chunks
500g Cherry tomatoes halved
2 red peppers sliced
2 large onions sliced
2 tbsp tomato purée
300ml chicken stock
2 tbsp Garam masala
1 tsp ground coriander
3 Garlic cloves grated
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp Ground fenugreek
Fry off the onions and peppers until softened then add the tomatoes and continue cooking until beginning to soften.
Add the remaining ingredients
Simmer for 10-12 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens
Garnish with fresh coriander
I served mine with double #speedfood shining my @ halo (and making room for a mini naan 🤣🤣 #syns obvs)
