Shrimp tagliolini with alfredo sauce - topped with parsley and lemon zest 🍝🍤🌱🍋

Sauce:
In a saucepan over medium heat combine: 250ml heavy cream 50g of butter 0.5 teaspoonful of oregano 2 teaspoonfuls of minced garlic Salt and pepper to taste Melt in 200 grams of grated parmesan
Shrimp:
Detail and devein 200 gram of vannamai shrimp. Then marinade in PLENY of garlic and olive oil in a bag overnight. Usually use about 30 grams of garlic. Then flash sear on a pan over high heat 1-2 minutes pr. side only.
Pasta:
I used store bought fresh tagliolini. Boil 250 gram for 4 minutes in heavily salted water.
Toss the shrimp, sauce and pasta together then plate it and garnish with freshly chopped parsley and freshly grated lemon zest.
