Ingredients:
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup spicy pepper jelly
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
1 package (1 lb) refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, spicy pepper jelly, green onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Place a generous tablespoon of the cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle.

Roll the dough around the cheese mixture, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the point. Pinch the edges to seal and form a small ball.

Place the cheese bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese bombs are golden brown and puffed up.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm for the best flavor!
