1. Prepare Kababs: Mix all kabab ingredients well and shape into small seekh kababs or patties. Pan fry or grill on medium heat till golden brown and cooked through.
2. Cook Parathas: Cook parathas on tawa with a bit of oil until crisp and golden.
3. Prepare Sauce: In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, green chutney, and lemon juice.
4. Assemble Rolls:
Place paratha on a plate.
Spread sauce generously.
Add 2 kababs.
Top with onion, cabbage, tomato, and mint leaves.
Roll tightly and wrap in butter paper or foil.
5. Serve hot with extra chutney or fries on the side
