Air Fried Apple Wedges with Caramel Whipped Cream Dipping Sauce
Air Fried Apple Wedges
Ingredients:
3 large apples (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith work best)
1 tablespoon melted butter
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
Prep the apples: Wash, core, and slice the apples into thick wedges (about 8 per apple).
Coat the wedges: In a bowl, toss the apple slices with melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon until evenly coated.
Air fry: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the apple wedges in a single layer in the basket. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and slightly crisp on the edges.
Cool slightly: Let them cool for a minute before serving — they’ll crisp up a bit more as they rest.
