Sizzling Rice Noodles with Egg and Veggies Delight

    Ingredients:

    200g (7 oz) flat rice noodles 🍜

    2 eggs 🥚

    1 cup bok choy or spinach 🥬

    1 red bell pepper, sliced 🌶️

    1 tomato, chopped 🍅

    2 tbsp soy sauce

    1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)

    1 tsp sesame oil

    1 clove garlic, minced

    A pinch of black pepper

    Instructions:

    Cook the noodles — boil until soft, drain, and set aside.

    Scramble the eggs — in a wok or pan with a little oil, cook until fluffy, then remove.

    Stir-fry the veggies — add garlic, bell pepper, tomato, and bok choy. Cook for 2–3 minutes.

    Add noodles & sauces — toss in the rice noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well.

    Mix everything — add the scrambled eggs back, mix, and cook for another minute.
